In this interesting arrangement of a popular Irish traditional tune the melody is almost entirely given to the 1st violins. The other parts have various accompanying ideas with the syncopated rhythms lending a modern feel. As the lower parts have a mostly simple accompaniment it is particularly suitable for School based string groups.
